Refund Policy

1. Non-Delivery of Services: If you place an order and we fail to deliver the service within a reasonable time (usually within 48 hours), you may be eligible for a full refund. However, we reserve the right to investigate each case before issuing a refund.
2. Non-Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please get in touch with our support team within 3 days of the service delivery. We will review your case and might offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
3. Double Payments: If you made a mistake and paid twice for the same service, please contact our support team with proof of the double payment (like the transaction IDs). We will refund the duplicate payment as soon as possible.
4. Cancellation of Order: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our support team. We cannot guarantee a refund if the order is already being processed or completed.
5. Changes in Services: If the services you ordered have been altered, paused, or discontinued, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
6. Drip-feed Orders: Drip-feed orders are processed over a period of time and hence cannot be refunded once started. Please ensure you understand how these orders work before placing one.

Please note that refunds will be issued to your goread.io account as credit and can be used for future purchases. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
